Terms of use
Last updated: 6 July 2026
Article 1: Purpose
These terms of use govern the use of the website planhora.com, a content media site dedicated to travel, published by CYLOÉ (see the legal notice). By browsing the site, you accept these terms of use.
Article 2: Services offered
The site offers, free of charge and without creating an account: access to travel articles and guides, an itinerary planner generated by artificial intelligence, the ability to comment on articles, and links to third-party providers allowing you to book activities (in particular via GetYourGuide).
Article 3: No user account
Using the site does not require creating any account. Posting a comment requires providing a name (or username) and an email address, in accordance with WordPress’s standard comment functionality; this information does not create an account and does not give access to a personal space.
Article 4: Itinerary planner
The itinerary planner is a free tool, accessible without an account, which generates a proposed itinerary based on the criteria you provide (destination, number of travellers, interests, dates, budget, desired pace). This itinerary is produced by an artificial intelligence service and provided for purely indicative purposes: it does not constitute personalised travel advice, a quote, or a contractual commitment on the part of CYLOÉ. The schedules, prices and availability mentioned must be verified directly with the relevant providers before any booking. CYLOÉ is neither a travel agency, an organiser, nor a seller of the activities or services mentioned in the itinerary; any bookings are made directly on the websites of third-party providers (in particular GetYourGuide), under their sole responsibility and in accordance with their own terms and conditions.
Article 5: Affiliate links and partner content
The site contains affiliate links, in particular to the GetYourGuide platform. If you make a booking after clicking on one of these links, CYLOÉ may receive a commission from the provider, at no additional cost to you. The site may also publish advertising inserts, partner content or articles written in collaboration with advertisers; such content is always clearly identified as such. CYLOÉ is not responsible for the services, content or terms of the third-party sites to which these links lead.
Article 6: Comments
Comments posted under articles are moderated by the editorial team, before or after publication. Illegal, abusive, defamatory or off-topic comments, unsolicited advertising, and spam are prohibited. CYLOÉ reserves the right to refuse, edit or remove any comment that does not comply with these rules, without prior notice. The author of a comment remains solely responsible for its content.
Article 7: Intellectual property
The content of the site (articles, guides, photographs, illustrations, logo) is protected by intellectual property law, as specified in the legal notice. Any unauthorised reproduction is prohibited.
Article 8: Links to third-party sites
Links on the site to providers, tourist offices, booking platforms or other third-party sites are provided for information purposes only. CYLOÉ does not control these sites and disclaims all liability regarding their content, availability or practices, in particular with respect to the protection of personal data.
Article 9: Liability
CYLOÉ makes every effort to ensure the accuracy and currency of the information published, without being able to guarantee it: practical information (prices, schedules, formalities, availability) is subject to change and must be verified with the relevant providers or official bodies before any trip or booking. The content of the site is editorial and informational in nature; it does not replace personalised advice from a travel professional.
Article 10: Personal data
The data processing related to the use of the site is described in the privacy policy. Your data is never transmitted to third parties for commercial prospecting purposes without your prior consent.
Article 11: Language versions
The site is available in several languages. In the event of a discrepancy in interpretation between a translation and the French version, the French version of these terms of use shall prevail.
Article 12: Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms of use are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable resolution, the courts of Lyon shall have sole jurisdiction. CYLOÉ may amend these terms of use; the version published online shall prevail.
